Refund policy

 

MUST SAVE RECEIPT FOR WARRANTY

 IN ORDER FOR A BATTERY TO QUALIFY FOR ITS WARRANTY IT MUST BE FULLY CHARGED AND FAIL A LOAD TEST. IF THE BATTERY HAS LESS THAN12 VOLTS, IT WILL ONLY BE CHARGED AND RETESTED ONCE IT HAS THE FULL 12 VOLTS.

Any warranty coverage that remains on your original battery will carry over to your replacement battery.

Your replacement battery will NOT have any new or separate warranty coverage.

The warranty will NOT cover batteries that are merely discharged, or that are damaged due to abuse, neglect, misuse, fire, accident, collision, explosion, freezing them, overcharging, alteration, improper installation, use of special additives, unauthorized attempt to repair, or failure to keep the battery properly maintained.

Out of warranty - Battery Charging will be $15 and up.

• NO CASH/CREDIT/DEBIT REFUNDS.

NO RETURNS.
